Each week, we send out an email newsletter in pdf format. The newsletter includes a letter from your farmers to let you know what's happening on the farm, an explanation of the produce in this week's share, and several recipes to help you think of fun and tasty ways to cook your fresh produce. We try to balance the more complex recipes with plenty of quick, simple recipes. We know what it's like to have to fix a hot meal after a busy day of work!

Below is a sneak-peak into the week's CSA share. Although we can't know precisely every item in a week's share until Tuesday evening (some vegetables grow a lot in a couple days!), we usually know ahead of time at least a few items that will be included.
